Change Your ENERGY to Change Your LIFE

Today we’re diving into a topic that I am so extremely passionate about, and that is how to harness your energy to change your freaking life. 

You have probably heard the sayings “like energy attracts like energy” or “be the change you want to see”, but maybe you’ve never really understood why these concepts are so important. It all boils down to the energetic vibrations that we are putting out into the world, and here’s why:

Everything is energy. Everything has an energetic vibration – our bodies, our relationships, the objects around us, the solar system – it’s quantum physics.

Your energy is your most important and powerful tool and it will emit vibrations that will then affect the energy around you. If you’re emitting the frequency of love, you’ll attract it back. If you’re emitting the frequency of fear or stress, you’ll attract it back. If you want a result in your life you have to be the energy for that result. So I want you to start noticing – who are you being and what is the energetic signal that you are emitting into the electromagnetic field around you? 

One of the most amazing things about energy is that there is infinite abundance and potential in the electromagnetic field that surrounds us, and you can be the signal that attracts and awakens it. 


If you want to change your life, you have to change your energy. 

Now let’s also get something clear here – tapping into your highest vibration doesn’t mean that you will always be feeling your best. We’re not always going to be in our highest vibration or most positive energy, and that’s okay. It's not about being perfectly in alignment with your higher self all the time, it's about remembering to come home to it. It’s about recognizing that you are responsible for the happiness you experience in your life, and that even when we fall out of alignment with our highest energy, we can tend to ourselves to get us back. Here are some examples of how I get myself back into alignment and into my highest energy: 

  • Breath work and meditation

  • Movement

  • Laughter 

  • Mindfulness about who I surround myself with 

  • Checking my ego and remembering to be the signal 

If one-by-one we all remember our light and we choose to turn it back on, just think about the impact we can have.

We already are enough, loves. We already are enough as we are. There is enough beauty. There's enough love. There's enough joy. There's enough wisdom. There's enough power inside of you right now. May you feel at ease knowing that you already have access to everything you need.

    • Everything you wish for is out there; you need to be like a magnet to attract it

  • • Recognize that it's okay not to be in the highest vibration all the time and that being human involves a range of emotions and experiences

    • It's not about avoiding negative emotions but having the awareness of falling out of alignment and working to get back on track

    • To heal is to be in a high frequency and to let go of past traumas and beliefs that don't help you

    • When you slip out of alignment, it's important to be aware and take responsibility, figure out what you need to do to realign, and be kind to yourself

    • Love is the most powerful and positive energy

    • Choosing a vibration of love leads to feeling better and has positive effects on physical, mental, and emotional health

  • • Brooke recommends following Dr. Joe Dispenza and Cathy Heller

    • Pay attention to your emotions, and if you feel off-balance, try easy activities like deep breathing, meditation, and physical activity.

    • Surround yourself with people who inspire and uplift you, as their energy can influence your own

    • Being in a high frequency doesn’t always mean feeling good and happy; it can also mean finding hope and purpose in challenging moments

    • Keep your ego in check and avoid comparing yourself to others

  • • Use it to create positive changes in your life and impact others

    • Take responsibility for your life's ups and downs and remember that you are enough
