EPISODE 124

Hard Times Birth Legends: Choking, Self -Leadership, or Self-Sabotage?

Have you been feeling like one more piece of bad news might actually send you over the edge?

You're not alone. Every woman I know right now feels like she’s juggling a hurricane while walking a tightrope — in heels, no less. It’s giving “I literally cannot” energy. And honestly? I get it.

The world is moving fast. The pressure is relentless. You're managing your internal landscape (hello, anxiety and that 3AM overthinking spiral), while also tending to everyone else's needs, trying to stay relevant at work, and maybe trying to remember to drink water.

But let’s be real: this pressure?
It’s not here to destroy you.
It’s here to birth your legend.

Hard times are the forge. The pressure cooker. The sacred test that asks, “Will you numb out and sabotage like before... or will you rise as the woman you’re meant to be?”

At every breaking point, you get to choose:
Sabotage or Self.
Fear or Frequency.
Collapse or Creation.

When you choose the path of self — your Inner CEO, your highest Self — you begin the wild and glorious process of becoming a legend. And no, not the polished-perfect kind. The real kind. The raw kind. The kind that builds a life of purpose, peace, power, and presence from the inside out.

So how do you do that? Start here:

1. Shift Your Mindset Around “Hard”

What if “hard” is just the label you slap on something that’s actually your next level in disguise?
What if the storm is showing you how powerful you are?

Reframe the experience. See the test as your initiation. A bridge gets tested before it carries people. You’re the bridge. You’re the leader. And you’re being shaped to hold more.

2. Regulate Your Damn Nervous System

You cannot meet your purpose from panic mode.
If you want clarity, creativity, and leadership energy? You’ve got to get out of your head and into your body.

That means:

  • A consistent morning ritual

  • Breathwork

  • Movement

  • Unplugging from the fear factory (AKA the news)

When you regulate, you create from truth — not trauma.

3. Take Intentional Daily Action

You don’t have to leap. You just have to move.
Ask yourself daily: If I were connected to my vision right now, what’s one baby step I’d take?
Then take it. Rinse. Repeat. Become her.

You’re not here by accident, love. Your existence is a 1-in-400-trillion miracle. So stop playing small. Your pain is the portal. Your crisis is your catalyst. And the life you’re craving? It’s built by the woman who chooses herself — especially when it’s hard.

Let this be your weekly mantra:
Hard times birth legends.
